Please tag a release so that we can use Composer 2 #28

Composer 2 give a significant reduction in build times, and Composer 1 is now deprecated https://blog.packagist.com/composer-2-0-is-now-available/

The required PR for Composer 2 support has now been merged for 12 days. https://github.com/hechoendrupal/drupal-console-extend-plugin/pull/25#issuecomment-729291871

But without a tagged release we're still unable to use Composer 2, can you please tag the release?

Thanks @jmolivas working with composer 2 as of 0.9.5 tag
