"Vector" polluting global namespace; conflicts with project defined Vector class #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a "Vector" class in your project.
2. Include box2dweb library in your project.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The project defined "Vector" class works as does the box2web code. However, 
both are broken.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using Box2dWev-2.1.a3
