Death signal #32

We need something to let the player know that he has died. Also the options of going to the menu and restarting.

i.e. death screen+ (if possible) animation

Abbs is currently working on a small death animation for the death screen (basically something that flashes "You're Dead")

Would the animation have the player falling to the ground? Or would the screen fade to black? (If there are more suggestions, please share)
