Initial volume of RWR sound seems louder. Turning the knob results in a sudden volume change #124

There might be an issue with the initialisation of the volume for the RWR sounds. Initial volume is loud but the volume knob is clicked, the volume suddenly drops to the correct volume. Maybe the volume knob position and the init value are not in sync.
