Describe the bug External camera information reports the engine at 99% and never reaches 100%.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Instant Action / Free Flight
  2. Throttle up to full power
  3. Observe tachometer instrument and controls indicator (RCTRL+ENTER)
  4. Swap to external camera (F2) and observe unit information bar

Expected behavior External RPM monitor is able to reach 100%.
