Unexpected result in simple web services with web2py and pysimplesoap

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Dowload latest web2py and ovewrite pysimplesoap with latest pysimplesoap  
2. Create new app with web2py
3. Create web services (server) - server.py attached
4. Create client - client.py attached

What is the expected output? 
response['Result']
[ {'id': 1, 'nombre':'Artigas']}, {'id': 2, 'nombre':'Cerro Largo'} ]

What do you see instead?
In [88]:response['Result']
Out[88]:{'Result': {'id': [], 'nombre': []}}
In [89]: client.get_operation("Departamentos")

Last source code of pysimplesoap and web2py.
