Changed to use HConsistencyLevel #658

I finally found the utility class that does the conversion, so I changed it to use HConsistencyLevel to keep it consistent with the rest of Hector.

glad to help! I want thrift to keep moving forward, even if some parts of the Cassandra community are fearful or dislike it :)
