There is the possibility to construct the posts url as example.com/blog/hello-world and example.com/blog/2022/12/16/hello-world. After reading this I think I'll go with the dateless version. A good point is that if you need to update a post, or completely rewrite it, the date of the url would have to be the same. And we know ppl will pass on the post if it's too old, even if it's not but the url says otherwise.
