gperftools 2.2 fails to build on powerpc #628

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. build version 2.2 on ppc ppc64 ppc64le
2. Build fails with src/stacktrace_impl_setup-inl.h:51:31: fatal error: 
stacktrace_powerpc-linux-inl.h: No such file or directory

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It seems commit 75b65f96b0bb44d70e0a461a03a3f8c928390283 exists in 2.2 only 
partially. Adding new files from that commit fixes the build.
