What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. `sh configure`
2. change MemoryBarrier function in src/base/atomicops-internals-*.h to
MemoryBarrier2, to avoid collision with MinGW.
3. `make`
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to compile without problems.
