CTAGGER changes:

Schema display in separate window
Button icons
Copy tag feature
Show tag summary feature

Change to default logic:

Primary field is set to EEG.event.type
Display input option only if there's no existing tag
Select field and tag only show after selecting yes after prompt
No more asking of save fMap
Remove copy workspace feature and adding java path
Category canonical position first before label and description
