Replace score 2.0 with 1.1.0 on main. Update script to not run on main #221

I'm going to merge and then correct the prerelease on the main branch by creating a new PR to release SCORE schema 1.1.1. SCORE schema 1.1.0 had the deprecated tags applied incorrectly. This was not caught by the old schema validator, but is caught by the new one.
