Use HED for better description of experiments in COBIDAS #146

Hey,

Quick question for the eCobidas project that aims to build some checklist app to make it easier to do better reporting of methods and results in f/MRI, MEEG...

One aspect of this work that I have started working on is the behavioral part: it is a very messy work in progress at the moment with one mini-app based on a spreadsheet where a lot of the task descriptors were taken from COBIDAS MEG

One aspect eCobidas is that I am trying to reuse existing ontologies / schemas / standards that are around, so I started thinking of using HED to help give better and richer descriptions of the experiments. I am not sure if it makes sense or is possible, but I was thinking that maybe we could chat to quickly figure out if there is a possibility to link things up.

Remi, Yes I think HED tags would be very useful. HED gen 3 work in progress is focused on better description of the experiment, task and intent. Let's arrange a meeting to discuss further. Kay
