Remi, Yes I think HED tags would be very useful. HED gen 3 work in progress is focused on better description of the experiment, task and intent. Let's arrange a meeting to discuss further. Kay

Hey,
Quick question for the eCobidas project that aims to build some checklist app to make it easier to do better reporting of methods and results in f/MRI, MEEG...
One aspect of this work that I have started working on is the behavioral part: it is a very messy work in progress at the moment with one mini-app https://www.repronim.org/reproschema-ui/#/activities/0?url=https%3A%2F%2Fraw.githubusercontent.com%2FRemi-Gau%2FeCobidas%2Fremi-dev%2Fprotocols%2Fbehavior%2Fbehavior_schema based on a spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1P0BQcM0889YTBFSoY8-E0vfdp0psrl7vyHBAW0fSmqs/edit?usp=sharing where a lot of the task descriptors were taken from COBIDAS MEG
One aspect eCobidas is that I am trying to reuse existing ontologies / schemas / standards that are around, so I started thinking of using HED to help give better and richer descriptions of the experiments. I am not sure if it makes sense or is possible, but I was thinking that maybe we could chat to quickly figure out if there is a possibility to link things up.
