Definition no longer is required to have inner group. #615

This was needed to have available a general anchor for Onset, Offset.

Ex: (Definition/Display-ball)

Use: (Def/Display-ball, (Red), Onset) ... (Def/Display-ball, (Blue), Onset)

Here the red ball is displayed until the next Def/Display-ball. The differences are in the inner Onset group rather than in the Definition.
