add match.arg() in preprocessing(), some spaces in roxygen() domains
rebuild pkgdown site
load.all(), build(), check()
correct gh pages, add badges
remove manual package install in Dockerfile
add bootstrap dir in dep dir of doc dir
remove docs dir from .gitignore and removed --cached dir
add packrat to DESCRIPTION
remove packrat from renv.lock
add rcmdcheck in workflow
