timer setting doesn't seem to work #114

I've tried increasing from the default 1000ms as find it too distracting. Even set at the maximum of 10000ms it still seems to be updating approximately every second.

The timer should be working as expected since 09ea62a7. Extensions from https://extensions.gnome.org/ may be outdated. Try building NetSpeed by yourself following README.md.
