iPhoneBrowser Crashes after installing iTunes 9 on both Windows XP Pro 32bit and Vista Home Premium 64bit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open iPhoneBrowser 1.9.1.0
2. Connect the iPhone via USB crashes immediately
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
iPhoneBrowser has stopped working.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPhone Browser 1.9.1.0
OS: Windows Vista 64bit and Windows XP Professional 32bit
iPhone 3GS FW 3.0.1 Jailbroken
iTunes 9

Please provide any additional information below.
Both Windows XP and Windows VISTA are upgraded with iTunes 9 today.

YES confirmed IphoneBrowser 1.9.1 does not start after iTunes 9 install 
yesterday. 
Windows XP PRO sp3.

DiskAid 3.1 still works after installing iTunes 9, but not iPhoneBrowser.
