iPB 1.91 Keeps Erroring #142

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start program

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The program starts to load, but then an error message pops up

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPhone Browser 1.91. iPod Touch 2G 3.0 (7A341). iTunes 9.0.0.70
