2. launch application

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.9.1 - visa - iphone 3.0
Please provide any additional information below.
iphone is jailbroken and works fine on work computer with similar setup

Are you using iTunes 9? If you are you'll want to take a look at this until an
official fix is made:
