QTCF.dll can't be found #149

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install the iPhone Browser 1.9.3
2. run it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"This application can't be run since QTCF.dll can't be found"
reinstallation may help. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.3, Windows

Please provide any additional information below.
Reinstall of the application doesn't help.

I had the same issue... I downloaded and reinstalled quicktime for windows and 
the 
fixed the issue

late answer, but.... I had the same problem with 1.9.3 and just copied a 
QTCF.dll into 
the iPhoneBrowser.exe folder and everything was fixed. NO need for the 
ultra-slow re-
installation of the quicktime. :)
