Preview Not Working #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on any jpg or txt file in the file browser
2. check the preview area
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see a preview of file - instead, error occurs (see details below
and attachment), click "Continue" in error pop-up, no preview is shown -
this same error occurred on 2 different pc's

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.5.1.0 Windows XPsp2

Please provide any additional information below.

FYI, there is no directory "Local Settings\Application Data\Cranium" - the
directory there is "Cranium_Consulting_and_Cu" and that has 2 folders, 
1) iPhoneBrowser.exe_Url_2k2ljmnkfhgowhjnczlowzwi0pdhrnrz
2) iPhoneBrowser.exe_Url_mr4ptbwm2xkjc0qqjok3tephqyycuz52

hello i have exactly the same problem (see post 16, but its german)
lets hope theres a solution =)
