Folder Created But Not Shown On Screen

I've just downloaded the iphonebrowser and had tried using it, it is fun 
and easy to operate. 

There is 1 problem found which is quite annoyed me, when ever I create a 
folder inside another folder, it would not shown the folder that I've 
created and hence when I tried again, it says found a duplicate folder 
name!

If could which I think it would be great is that the list should be 
showing the updated content rather the same one and not trying to access 
the new folder which were created just now.

The latest version should refresh the folder list when you click F5, which is a
manual work-around for situations where it doesn't auto-update properly.
