What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I dont know

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I excpeted a new directory, but i saw the message "The path '[path name]'
failed to create due to an unkown interface failure"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.52, Windows XP
