Exception being thrown when using Auto Preview function

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Access Menu items "Goto Location..." "Springboard Images and Settings"
2. Ensure Auto Preview is Enabled
3. Click the file "CodeResources"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The File Type of "CodeResources" is specified as an "Unknown File Type". I
would expect that any exception that is thrown when attempting to Auto
Display information would be handled in such a way as the application would
continue on gracefully, however the application crashes to the point that
if you select "Continue" rather than "Quit" the application's "Auto
Preview" is no longer functional and the system chimes as each item is
selected as if there was an error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.8.1.0 On Vista x86
