I believe there should be a way to change permissions for files on the
iphone, (especially for applications) via iPhoneBrowser.

I can't use iphonebrowser on most of the .zip applications i download to
send to the phone without chmod 755, which i cannot do because i do not
have wifi.

There must be a way you can chmod thru IphoneBroswer!

I agree, that would be a great feature!
(I also hope you can update some of the "quick links" and maybe put Customize 
right 
under SummerBoard)

Yes and "GBA ROMs" under the NES roms.

Permissions can not be done through AFC service as far as I know.

Adding Favorites option so you can have easier access to some locations.

Added GBA ROMs.
