There could be a quick general rating. As it was submitted, a detailed rating for categories like "timing" (was everyone/everything on time or were there waiting times) "support"(were tutors helpful) "community"/"fun" (did users make new friends? were they entertained?) This way you get one rating for sure and others if they have the time and energy to do so. Would still keep textbox
To generate feedback that is more suited to the event template, it would be an idea to tell the participants to rate this as a separate option, too.
Question is, whether this would decrease the number of feedback we receive
