[SonicFrontiers] Jukebox in Another Story issues #82

With the "Allow Jukebox in Another Story" code, the option to change the playback method does not appear in the pause menu. Additionally, changing the setting in the main menu does not have an effect on the jukebox playback in Another Story. although the icon in the HUD element does reflect the change, the jukebox is always set to loop the current track.

I've addressed the Juke Box options not appearing in Another Story in commit https://github.com/hedge-dev/HMMCodes/commit/c9c62c617004709a423cc08cd75907e38894e4d2.

This does not fix the Music Playback option, however - I'll assign the remainder of this to @angryzor.
