Modified "Retain Velocity from Enemy Bounce" and "Retain Velocity When Jumping Up Slopes" to include Amy, Tails and Knuckles.
Changes to "Fix Air Boost Reset" to fix problems with skateboarding, softlocking when dying, Sky Sanctuary hang poles, and each characters' respective power boost
