This PR renames the tool and changes (almost) every occurrence of the word "codimd" to "hedgedoc". See https://github.com/codimd/server/pull/453 for more details.

A compatibility layer sounds good, but I'm don't want to mess with the bash.

Compatibility layer in terms of not renaming/symlinking the binary and defining the CMD_ environment variables as fallback?
