Export a note with media files #1005

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, the export feature does not create a self-contained file. Markdown and HTML still contain references to the images uploaded to the HedgeDoc instance.

Describe the solution you'd like A note should be downloadable with all contained media files, e.g. as a zip archive. This should at lease encompass all locally-uploaded files, but it would be even better if the exported archive would also contain media from external sources.

The issue is assigned to the "2.x" milestone. Therefore we won't start working on it before 2.0 has been released.
