Update hackage-shield version #29

https://img.shields.io/hackage/v/hedgehog-classes.svg?style=flat ought to work, but it doesn't. Perhaps the version field needs to be moved to the top in hedgehog-classes.cabal :thinking:

The problem with the version field being at the top is that for cabal-version >= 2.2 it needs to be the very first field. Not sure what the problem is for sure. But, this PR looks good to me. Thanks!
