Release 1.6.6-alpha.6 as 1.6.6 #370

I like it. But I hope later versions will add the ability to superscript and subscript text.

Hey Henning! It is a very nice feature you assembled .. I struggled a bit though. And still am. I jumped into draw.io for VSCode through your Youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ElbGMWA6wA4&list=PLAOx7HAJnpl-FYrenLFiEy3YDTm0Fo_AI&index=2 and linking code to the diagram looked pretty easy, but (I guess) the Status-bar-link-code button was not mentioned and I it took me a while to make the linkage work. Now I am trying to embed from draw.io in VSC into Notion, and looks like it only works if I open the draw.io in the browser (as middle-step) and then use the customized Notion embedding there to translate it into a notion embeddable link, image

Being able to embed directly from VSCode would be nice to have indeed :) thanks again, awsome work!
