freeze on loading with a 3 NTFS partitions #140

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.use a 3 NTFS PARTITIONS 
2.load cfg-mod70r65 in vwii 
3.freeze on loading 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
loading all the time

What version of the product are you using?
cfg-mod70r65

If its a problem with GC games, what DIOS MIOS (Lite) version is used?

If an exception occurs, please attach a picture of it.

Please attach the log file if possible (system->debug->save debug).

Please attach a syscheck if possible.

Please provide any additional information below.

If I unplug & replug the HDD before I load the cfg-mod70r65 , it works well. 
And it works well if I don't restart wiiu
