Suggestion for cover download #294

Up to now the download process got either the fullcovers and the discarts
or the 2d covers and the discarts, depending on the chosen gui. 

It would be better to download the versions all togheter, that is both 2d
covers and fullcovers and discarts.

This will give the following improvements:
- chance to jump from 2d covers to 3d ones on the fly
- easier download screen: no more download "covers" or "3d covers" but just
download covers (in all the versions)

By the way, this is the approach already used by the USB Loader Config by
Oggzee...
