Forwarder fails to load Coverflow #448

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. launch the forwarder
2. it freezes on the start screen, before loading Coverflow

OR
1. unplug my USB hard drive (bet keep the SD card)
2. launch the forwarder
2. it starts to launch Coverflow but fails to load games (obviously)

I'm in 4.1, use cIOS rev17, Coverflow r1036, and tried all forwarders.
Coverflow is on my SD/apps/coverfloader, games are on my USB WBFS hard
drive. It seems the forwarder try to start on the USB device instead of the
SD card (because when I unplug the USB hard drive, it goes one step further).

Please try r1047. This should support cIOSX rev 17, 18 and 19
