Open Game Settings With '+' #461

I would appreciate it if you could implement a feature which when you press
the plus button on a game it directly loads the settings screen for the
game (i.e the Cheats and Video mode screen) This would be useful for when 1
click launch is enabled and should not be too hard to implement!
