Summary: Create and train LSTM baseline with small dataset.

Reason: To check can the LSTM baseline create output.

Steps:

Preprocess dataset to get appropriate format for input.
Build simple LSTM baseline.
- We will use this method which is based on François Chollet's method.
Train it via small dataset and take outputs.

Outcome: We will come up with the baseline which can generate output.

I have uploaded jupyter notebook and created pull request which is called as Mock Training. @sertansenturk May you review it? :)

@hedonistrh we are not currently working on this ticket, but the work you have done could be useful in the future.

I think we should keep the pull request open for now, and move the ticket back to the Backlog. What is your opinion?
