Add stanza for joining a room with history #22

This could use some documentation and I don't think it's the cleanest thing ever, but it works. Your call :)

@knewter I'm going to close this now as hedwig is no longer the owner of any XMPP specific code. Please see Romeo and Hedwig XMPP.

I've got some ideas for making this all configurable and per-room (including password protected rooms).
