Update excoveralls & ex_doc deps #73

While running mix test I saw a few compiler warnings pop up, that lead me to review the deps and saw that excoveralls & ex_doc were out of date.

I see that you've updated both of these in your Robot Behaviour PR #70, but similar to the previous PR I put up, since you're not sure how long that will stay open I thought I'd put this PR up so Hedwig has current deps.

Coverage remained the same at 92.105% when pulling 639bd0d503beeac658a7c3ad07422c77012c5e56 on schlenks:update_deps into 3817edb3d4513068da178794717a6a8085c72b87 on hedwig-im:master.
