Testing features

Some features work as expected in normal scenarios but requries heavy testing to ensure they are stable enough:

• [x] Auto refreshing
  • cannot find corresponding item in outline in insert mode (having syntax errors), so if user uses autofold depth, unfolded items may become automatically folded

Will not be prioritized for v1:

• Hide cursor when opening preview window (also see hijack cursor from #21)

Tested multiple tabpages + with nvim-0.7, seems ok for now
