Resolves issue #106 Also add Dockerfile so the code can run inside a container xdg_cache_home was breaking the code, so I removed the commit where it was added

Mult lang support wouldn't work in your case if spoken_language is supplied, as starcli uses a different API in that case. Also, xdg_cache_home can be fixed without dep removal. See https://github.com/hedyhli/starcli/pull/116
