Hedy is a gradual programming language to teach children programming. Gradual languages use different language levels, where each level adds new concepts and syntactic complexity. At the end of the Hedy level sequence, kids master a subset of syntactically valid Python.
Describe the bug
When checking the achievement badges for new users, I created a new profile, made some programs, earned badges. Then (to start again from scratch) I deleted the profile and made a new one with the same profile name. In the profile the programs were gone, as expected, but the badges were still there.

There were no programs in the new profile, as expected
But all the badges were still there, not expected
