Wrong test instruction for launching the jar file in UG #11

In UG quick start, the guidance is still to launch by "java -jar cookhub.jar". However, the actual name of the jar file is already changed, so if the user follow the old instruction, they will get an error.

The name of the jar file was changed as part of the PE. If you click into the hyperlink here, it will bring you to our release page, where the name of our jar file is cookhub.jar
