Our team feels that it is quite intuitive to click on each recipe card on the left to view its details.

Reason for disagreement: I feel this severity is at least Medium.
The dev team may thought that "clicking on recipe to view details" is intuitive, because they have already been very familiar with the software from the start, and feel it too trivial to be recorded. However, it is NOT intuitive for new users.
Using my example, at the first 10 minute, I do not even know that each recipe is CLICKABLE, so I never attempt clicking it. In that 10 minute, I cannot find how could I view the details of one specific recipe -- NO ALTERNATIVE is provided, such as searching unique identifiers of each recipe. It is only by accident I clicked on one recipe, that I have the eureka moment. I believe there will certainly be other users like me.
Initially when I start to use the app, I do not know how to view the details of each recipe. Accidentally I clicked on one card and find it display the details. Since there are little other methods to view details of a particular recipe, this should really be emphasised in UG and DG.
