Does not specify that "star" command after "fp" follows a different index system #17

My original recipebook have 15 entries. After I use a command "fp < 0.51", 12 are left. Now, if I do "star 13", the index is valid in original book, but not in the filtered list.

This could be unexpected to some users, and should be documented.
