Annotations block Cook_Bars on grouped nodes [TD 2022] #2

Touchdesigner 22 added Annotations but Cook_Bar doesn't play nice with them. OPs within an Annotation have no Cook_Bar info. Annotations themselves have the top bar, but it appears to be very jumpy when responding to mouse movement.

same here. sad, since I almost always enclose in annotations for clarity.

Using TouchDesigner 2023.11600

Since the glslTOP renders the cook bars as a background, exactly as if you were to enable "Display" on an OP, the cook bars are hidden under the AnnotateCOMP. A fix to this would be to adjust the "Back Color Alpha" param on the AnnotateCOMP to anything under 1.
