Suggestion: Create Folders Automatically #19

Another suggestion :)

It would be nice if the tool would automatically create the required 
subfolders, add them to the repository, and then commit the changes.

The scenario being, we have 104 PBLs that each live in their own subdirectory, 
so to make this work I have to manually create the entire structure.

Thanks!  This is by far the best svn plug-in for PowerBuilder that I have found!
