2010-02-27 Version overwrites path variable

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run installation
2. Restart computer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Unable to start Windows; the path variable contains only the TortoiseSVN 
exec path. While installing the software, it removes the previous path 
variable information.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2010-02-27. Using Windows XP SP3.

Please provide any additional information below.

Reproduced in two different computers.

It seems this behavior repeated for different users, but not for me.
Maybe someone could review NSIS installation script?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 Using Windows 7.
