RFC: Remove default button on check in comment window

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check in an object, the PBSCC Proxy popup will show where you can enter your 
check in comments
2. Type some text and hit ENTER

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: ENTER inserts a newline in the "Message" multiline.
Actual: ENTER triggers the default OK button.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.01.78 on PB11.5.1, all Windows OS's.

Please provide any additional information below.
I know this behavior is arguable since some people are simply used to pressing 
CTRL + ENTER. So perhaps it should be optional.

Cómo desactivo los commentarios obligatorios al hacer Check-in?

Intenté desde la ventana de propiedades del WorkSpace, pero esto no funciona 
ya que sigue pidiendo un comentario cada vez que hago ckeck-in de cualquier 
archivo, esto sólo pasa dentro del IDE Power Builder.

Versión PBSCC: 2.01.80
Power Builder 9

As far as I can translate last message, it does not correspond to original
