PBSCC proxy does not show diff with working copy #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check out an object
2. make a modification (Comment line for example)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
show the lines that are modified, when clicking

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
We are using PB12.5.1, TortoiseSVN 1.7.10, Subversion 1.7.7, PBSCC 2.01.80

Please provide any additional information below.
We changed from Windows XP to Win 7
